To face our growth and fast development in UK, we need more talents ! We're looking for a talented Key Accounts Director for our London Office.
We are on the lookout for a confident and enthusiastic individual with a passion for the beauty industry. The successful candidate will BE responsible for the management of the UK Key Accounts, and will manage a team of 3 persons (2 Key Account Managers & 1 Key Account Intern).
JOB MISSIONS :
- Accountable for Wholesale Key Accounts P&L both online and offline
- Responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to reach budget targets : top line sales, business drivers, profitability.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts buying and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
- Preparing and presenting Innovation plans to major Key Accounts and carrying out yearly negotiations.
- Gaining market share and improve ranking via implementation of the trade activities, promotional plan, deployment of sell-out-oriented incentives
- Working closely with Operations team : product planning (ensuring a correct stock level and planning promotions ahead, including deluxes, samples and minis) to ensure all new product launches and promotions run smoothly as per agreement.
- Monitoring order process in close relationship with Supply Chain to avoid any business disruptions.
- Reporting and presentation : responsible for gathering and sharing required business reports with wider team and business reviews with Paris headquarter.
- Support the Budget building exercise, and ensure good follow up with monthly, quarterly and bi-yearly reviews.
- Ensuring the high quality of execution at Retail, in close relationship with the other Had Office teams, thanks to regular filed visits.
- Setting up expectations and guidelines for rolling out of event plans and in-store animations.
- Regular evaluation and feedback to marketing and GM regarding in-store execution.
PROFILE :
- You have a Master's degree from a business school or university, and have a strong experience in Sales / Key Accounts
- You love a good challenge and are results-oriented
- You have excellent analytical skills and a good knowledge of Excel.
- You have excellent relationship skills and communication skills.
- You have strong negotiations skills
