In a context of a replacement we are looking for a new talented Business Developper to join our Sales team
You main missions ?
Increase the sales of B2B Mobility Solutions
- You will BE responsible for selling the Free2move Business Solutions across the market (Sales results, NPS, incentive, POLCO etc.). You will have to lead the sell of our Connect Fleet (telematics) solution. We also have some other solutions that could fit with the B2B needs : Fleet Shared, Car Sharing, Short and medium term rental, including the ones for electric cars drivers.
- You will BE working closely with the dealers in the dedicated regions to manage the leads they will provide to you
- You will seek for new business opportunities in order to increase the sales and the profitability of the connected services and Mobility B2B solutions, including new channels like call center & web sales inside and outside Stellantis Group.
- You will have to benchmark competitors offers to keep one step ahead
- You will lead the relationship with local suppliers, partners and the various Stellantis Sales teams
- You will develop direct sales to the end customers especially National & International Key Account customers
Develop sales and marketing actions on all the sales channels
- You will lead the relationship with local partners & dealers
- You will train & manage the local sales teams and help them in their sales with the customers
- You will realize and update business documentations (user guides, Q&A, customers presentation, sales pitches, video presentations...)
- Present to the customers, perform demonstrations of the different interfaces solutions and ROI tables
- Launch test phases with the customers
- Collect customer feedbacks, GO to exhibitions, participate to conference etc.
Manage the customer satisfaction
- You will manage customer's KPI
- You will do the follow-up of corrective actions with the Business and Product Owners
- You will do analysis, evaluation and consideration of new customer requests related to the Business Owner
Expected skills you may have ?
- Business school master degree or similar
- A proven B2B sales experience for 5 years minimum
- Knowledge of B2B needs, especially telematics and connected services solutions
- Capacity to influence senior management
- Technical fiber/ E-commerce/ Mobility/ Innovative services
- Tenacity and determination to succeed in fast-pace environment
- Rigor & autonomy
- French native and Fluent in English
