We are
seeking a dynamic and experienced Indirect Distribution Sales Manager to join
our team and drive our sales efforts in international markets !
Based in
Levallois-Perret, the Indirect Distribution Sales Manager will BE responsible
for the commercialization of our 50 properties across Europe. This role
involves developing and executing sales strategies to promote our hotels to
identified international partners, including OTA, Tour Operators, wholesalers
and travel agencies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
international sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding
of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for our hotels in international markets.
- Identify and establish relationships with key tourism partners, including OTA, Tour Operators, wholesalers and travel agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to international markets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Work closely with the hotel operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to guests.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to secure favorable terms : Management of contracts, whether for renewals, new negotiation and agreements, conversions and opening of new hotels.
- Coordination with the Global Sales team for the management of global contracts.
- Continuous work with the Revenue, Operations and partners on subjects such as : price parity, commission settlement, distribution optimization, etc.
