Within the EMEA Headquarters, you will support the Licensing team in their daily missions related to the management of business and licensees. You will work closely with each Licensing managers to develop brand extension programs across multiple categories (Toys, Apparel, FMCG, Promotion) and territories in EMEA. You will also work closely with the Director of Licensing and Business Strategy on the Movie distribution business.

Your principal missions will BE as follows (non-exhaustive list) :
- Support the commercial team on Licensing deals and negotiations
- Communicate with partners to schedule business reviews, status calls, etc.
- Attend business meetings with licensees, distributors, agents, etc.
- Partake in BtoB and internal/external communication
- Coordinate Bandai Namco's communication regarding the licensees' products, launch events, in collaboration with the HQ's and stakeholders
- Assist with benchmarking (trends and market research, etc.) and conduct virtual store checks and execution reports for the commercial team
- Maintain Licensing database on a weekly basis (licensee list, term sheets, travel calendar etc.)
- Prepare, update and help build pitch decks and sales materials
- Manage and track counterfeit products and submit/monitor requests to our Legal team and the Japanese HQ
- Support event team in Licensing related events organization
- Assist in the preparation and execution of the PAC-MAN 45th anniversary and the Tamagotchi 30th anniversary celebrations.
- Create and develop newsletters for both internal and external audiences.

Profil
- Currently enrolled in master's degree, majoring in Licensing, project management, marketing, and/or sales
- Proficiency with Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- High proficiency with English
- Skills in using Photoshop and/or InDesign is appreciated
- Interest in video games, anime, pop culture, retail and Consumer Products
- Organizational and time management skills
- Multitask

- Strong communication skills - both written and oral

Additional information

Location : 15 rue Félix Mangini, 69009 LYON (this position is not eligible to full-remote working)

Contract : full-time internship for 6 months (no work-study program)

Start date : February 2025

Remuneration : dependent on degree level (from 800€ up to 1,200€ per month)
