Quels seront les enjeux du poste et votre contribution ?
Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recherchons au sein du domaine Infrastructure, un(e) expert(e) qui sera chargé(e) de la disponibilité, de l'intégrité, des performances et de la maintenance des environnements SAP du groupe ainsi que des composants techniques associés dont VTOM (développement, recette, pré-prod, production et secours).
Par votre expertise technique, vous évaluez, diagnostiquez, prenez en main, appréhendez des sujets et projets techniques complexes : SAP, Opentext et SSO.
En tant qu'expert(e) sur ce domaine, vous aurez pour missions principales :
- Participer aux actions de support du domaine (incidents, problèmes) conformément à l'organisation de la chaîne de support.
- Piloter et/ou participer aux projets du domaine.
- Evaluer les impacts des changements sur son domaine : participation active au CAB.
- Participer aux instances de pilotage opérationnel des contrats de services du domaine.
- Maintenir et délivrer les services associés à son domaine d'activité.
- Assurer le reporting de ses activités.
- Contribuer à la communication vers les utilisateurs.
- Développer et mettre à jour la documentation technique.
- Collaborer avec les Experts SAP, Experts Sécurité, Analystes Fonctionnels et les intégrateurs techniques.
