The role of an Integration Technical Expert is to BE responsible & manage the delivery for the tools in the scope.
- Expertise
- Provide his expertise & technical support to stakeholders in run & build operation
- Share his knowledge with goodwill to helps people to grow
- Help & support people including non tech to understand. BE accessible & collaborate crow function
- Run
- Configure and maintain the Axway MFT platform, including all associated components and modules
- Monitor the performance and availability of the MFT platform, proactively identify and solve any issues or bottlenecks
- Develop and implement security measures to protect the MFT platform and its data from unauthorized access or breaches. Manage rules and flow matrix related to the scope of service & tools
- Provide technical support to customers, assisting them with any issues or requests related to file transfer
- Create and keep up-to-date documentation, troubleshooting guides, and best practices
- Audit systems & log
- In relation with PM & management, participate in exchanges with all stakeholders : Business, IS&T Members and Suppliers
- Service Design
- Lead or participate in the service definition : Offer content, Service level engagement, delivery model, pricing model...
- Participate in the definition & implementation of new services within the catalogs
- Service delivery Manager (SDM)
- Ensure the adequacy of the service delivered to the contract and the quality assurance plan
- Participate to operational governance to manage and follow up operational topics
- Capture business needs, feedback & customer satisfaction. Manage customer escalation. Manage descending communication to customers
- Lead and/or participate to committees to manage suppliers
- Produce or delegate the reporting on its scope of activity for the committees (COPIL, Steerco...)
- Define, implement and monitor Dashboard to manage the service (SLA, KPI...). Inform and give visibility
- Control items provided by suppliers
- Manage crises with all the relevant stakeholders. Report alerts to the appropriate authorities following the
- Organize and manage arbitration when needed with the relevant stakeholder
- Follow up incident & request management in general with a specific attention on priority 1 incidents to BE the customer entry point
- Follow up on changes related to the service that may impact his or her scope and take the necessary actions
- Ensure that compliance, instructions and operating procedures & processes are respected
- Implement and manage the continuous improvement of the quality of the service
- Performance management : Inform and give visibility to the various stakeholders (internal customers, hierarchy, suppliers) by producing the necessary dashboards while creating a relationship of trust with internal customers and suppliers

- Contribute with his/her expertise to Develop, implement, and maintain the exchange platform
- Collaborate with other teams to implement solution
- Participate to test & test elaboration or documentation
- Technological surveillance
- Stay uptodated of the latest trends and advancements in technology relevant for the scope, recommending and implementing solutions to improve the functionality and performance of the platform.
