Your missions :
Key Accountabilities :
- Lead the FMS development and validation team in the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects
- Manage and ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and Liebherr quality standards
- Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and staffing levels to ensure optimal team performance and project delivery
- Ensure software development process compliance with relevant standards
- Facilitate effective communication within the development team and across department
- International travels are required, particularly in Australia.

Your profile :
Qualifications / Experience :
* Master of Computer Science with 10 years of relevant experience in development of complex software applications and distributed applications.
* Experience in development in compliance with Cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443).
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Software Development Manager or similar leadership role.
* Ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 20%.

Desirable - Minimum of 2 years' experience in intensive system architecture design projects. Specific development experience with fleet management and or autonomous haulage systems is highly desirable. Post Graduate level qualification in management and leadership, Strong working knowledge of agile development methodologies.
