Right now, the operation team consists of 1 sales person, 1 marketing and com + the CEO. We are looking for a new sales profile to boost the whole lead generation & demo requests and ultimately grow sales.

Your Role
As a Business Developer, you will work closely with the CEO and Sales Associate to :
- Generate leads : Identify and connect with potential clients to grow our customer base.
- Lock conversions : Engage in meaningful discussions to secure new subscriptions.
- Collaborate with marketing : Contribute to campaigns and outreach strategies.
We'll provide comprehensive training and marketing resources to ensure your success. Key Objectives

We understand IT can take some weeks to build a pipeline that's why during the first few weeks, what will matter is to book demo requests with people who are interested. To give you an idea, a sales person takes at least 1 demo request per hour.
After a week of training and shadow cold calls, we expect you to get 8-10 demo requests per week.
- In SaaS companies, revenue targets typically align with generating 2-2.5x your salary annually in new subscriptions.
- For the first few weeks, focus on booking 8-10 demo requests per week while building your pipeline.
- After training, aim for at least 10 000€ in new subscription per month (3 small clients or 1 medium client)
Skills and Requirements
Essential :
- Determined and resilient in handling rejection and challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English (German is a plus).
- Proven ability to identify leads and drive conversions using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Growth mindset, eager to learn and adapt.
Preferred :
- Experience with SaaS sales or a track record of achieving 2.5x salary in booked revenues.
- Familiarity with real estate, customer service, or workflow management industries.
- Evidence of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of B2B sales methodologies and cold-calling strategies.
